Same gold paint I used on my original snowflakes a few years ago so it’ll match the car correctly. The inside of the wheel is masked off and will remain black, hopefully it will give it a nice contrast.

Paint looks amazing, nice job!
Are you going to clear them?

I need to clean up and paint my wheels...I guess when I’m ready for new tires. Or I’ll just get steelies then.

Yeah, I’ll probably do two or three coats of gloss enamel. I’m pretty pleased with the finish quality for just using spray paint.

Are you going to put a BMW M sticker in there?

Looks like it turned out really well! Mind linking to the guide you used, or listing what you did?

The wheels were brand new so the only sanding I had to do was a slight buff with a scotch brite pad. Just wanted to take away the gloss. After cleaning up the dust and degreasing the wheel of fingerprints I primed it with three coats of primer. One coat being a light dusting and then two more substantial coats. Let the primer dry then I used my topcoat. Again a like dust coat and two more substantial coats. All that’s left to do at this point is a coat or two of clear to protect them.
